The University of Leeds Postgraduate Research Scholarships 2022 is now available.
Applications from adequately qualified PhD applicants are presently being accepted for a chance to be offered a fully financed opportunity to study in the United Kingdom.
For postgraduate research study at the School of Philosophy, Religion, and History of Science, two scholarships are offered for the UK and international students.
These fully supported research scholarships are offered for three years of full-time study or five years of part-time study, with fees (at the Home rate) and maintenance included.

University of Leeds Doctoral Scholarships | DETAILS
Doctoral Scholarships are offered at the University of Leeds School of Philosophy, Religion, and History of Science for new Postgraduate Researchers pursuing full-time or part-time research leading to a PhD degree.
Students who are currently enrolled in a PhD research program are not eligible to apply.
Full tuition (at a Home rate – £4,600 for session 2022/3) and a maintenance stipend (£15,609 in Session 2021/2- pro-rata for part-time study) are included in the award.
Any fees not covered by the grant will be the responsibility of the candidate who accepts the scholarship.
Requirements for the University of Leeds Postgraduate Research Scholarships
Candidates for the Doctoral Scholarships at the University of Leeds School of Philosophy, Religion, and History of Science must satisfy the following requirements:
Applicants must be students from either the United States or another country.
To be eligible for the award, candidates must have completed a comprehensive application for PhD studies at the School of Philosophy, Religion, and History of Science (PRHS) by Tuesday, 5.00 pm, March 8, 2022, as well as an application for the Scholarship.
A PhD degree must not have been conferred or be in the process of being awarded.
Awards must be claimed before October 1, 2022.
The prizes are offered to new postgraduate researchers who are pursuing a PhD degree and are working full-time or part-time on their research. Students who are currently enrolled in a PhD research program are not eligible to apply.
While receiving this Scholarship, Doctoral Research applicants must reside within a reasonable distance of the University of Leeds.
If English isn’t your first language, you’ll need to show that you can fulfill the Faculty’s English language standards.
