TWAS Research Grants Programme in Basic Sciences (Individuals) in Italy 2022

The TWAS Research Grants Programme in Basic Sciences (Individuals) in Italy 2022 is now accepting applications.

TWAS Research Grants Programme

Individual scientists in TWAS-identified S&T-lagging countries (S&TLC) are given TWAS Research Grants for high-level potential research projects in Biology, Chemistry, Mathematics, and Physics.

It was created to meet the requirements of researchers in poor nations, especially those affiliated with universities that lacked adequate research facilities.

Worth of Scholarship

  • Individual scientists may get up to USD 15,000 in research grants.
  • The funds, which typically last for 24 months, may be used to buy scientific equipment, consumables, and specialist literature (textbooks and proceedings only). They do not pay researcher and/or student wages, field expenditures, or travel costs. Purchases of computers, iPads, drones, and research animals are also not permitted.

TWAS Research Grants Programme | Eligibility Criteria
