For the academic year 2022/23, TotalEnergies welcomes applications for the TotalEnergies Human Resources Post Graduate Internship Programme in South Africa.

This is a 12-month internship opportunity for two young people who have completed a post-secondary degree in Human Resource Management/Industrial Psychology or a related HR degree.

Interns will work in the Human Resources department and receive expertise in areas such as recruitment, payroll, employee relations, talent management, and multi-functional administrative tasks.

TotalEnergies Post Graduate Internship Programme | Eligibility Criteria

You must satisfy the following requirements:

Completed Degree
Those that are under the age of 25
Working experience of no more than one year
In accordance with TotalEngergies’ Employment Equity Plan, applications from recognized groups will be given preference.
Qualifications for entrance include the following:
A Human Resource Management/Industrial Psychology degree or comparable HR degree is required.
Entry is required. Years of relevant experience: none or less than a year
Ability to communicate
Ability to do research
Writing abilities for reports (MS Word and MS PowerPoint)
