Teach For Nigeria Fellowship (2022) . As a two-year, fully-paid fellowship, Teach For Nigeria’s mission is to develop a movement of changemakers committed to reducing educational disparity in Nigeria.

A chance for Nigeria’s brightest young professionals and entrepreneurs to serve as full-time instructors (Fellows) in underserved schools and communities in low-income areas is the goal of the fellowship.

As a result of six weeks of rigorous and thorough leadership development training, our fellows are prepared to improve the educational trajectory of our students.

As a Fellow, you’ll be expected to establish high objectives for your students and strive toward them.

Aside from developing your leadership abilities, the event will provide you with a first-hand look at the current educational problem in America.

It will help you get a deeper grasp of the underlying causes of educational injustice, as well as the possible remedies.

The Selection Process for Teach For Nigeria Fellowship :

For the Teach For Nigeria Fellowship, applicants come from a variety of subjects, institutions, and educational backgrounds.

We use a three-step method to choose applicants who have the best chance of making an impact during and after the Fellowship.

Stage 1: The Application form for Teach For Nigeria Fellowship

Your application will help us understand your experiences, your motivation to join the Teach For Nigeria fellowship, and why you would be a strong fit for the Fellowship.

Stage Online2: Test

We’ll send you a link to take an online exam if we think you’re a suitable candidate for the fellowship after reviewing your application.

Stage 3; Assessment Center

If you pass our online exam, we will invite you to our Assessment Center, which is the last step in our selection process.

Micro-teachings, critical thinking tests, group activities, and one-on-one interviews are all part of the assessment process here.
