Study in Holland Orange Knowledge Programme 2022/23: The application round for the Government of the Netherlands’ Orange Knowledge Programme for study in Holland will begin shortly.

Those interested in doing a short course or master’s degree in the Netherlands may apply for full support via the Orange Knowledge Programme.

The Orange Knowledge Programme aspires to contribute to the creation of a society that is both sustainable and inclusive.

It offers scholarships to professionals in their mid-career in specified nations.

Study in Holland Orange Knowledge Programme Requirements

Individual Orange Knowledge Programme scholarships are available to mid-career professionals who are citizens of – who live and work in – the following countries:

Eligible Countries

Afghanistan, Albania, Armenia, Bangladesh, Benin, Bhutan, Bolivia, Burkina Faso, Burundi, Cambodia, Colombia, Congo (DRC), Cuba, Egypt, Ethiopia, Georgia, Ghana, Guatemala, Guinea, Jordan, Kenya, Lebanon, Liberia, Mali, Mozambique, Myanmar, Nepal, Nicaragua, Niger, Nigeria, North Macedonia, Pakistan, Palestinian Territories, Peru, Philippines, Rwanda, Senegal, Sierra Leone, Somalia, South Africa, South Sudan, Sri Lanka, Sudan, Suriname, Tanzania, Thailand, Tunisia, Uganda, Vietnam, Yemen, Zambia and Zimbabwe.

Selection Criteria

The procedure is as follows:

Candidates must register with their educational institution in the Netherlands.

Nominations are made by a Dutch institution, which then files a grant application.

Embassies examine and evaluate applications for eligibility.

The findings of the selection process have been made public.

How to Apply: To apply for the Orange Knowledge Programme 2022, first, choose a course, then contact the education institution for that course and inquire about the scholarship application process.

Application Deadlines:

The Orange Knowledge Programme is in three application rounds:

Round 1: for master’s and short courses. Accepting applications between 2 February – 22 March 16.00 CET.
Round 2: Accepting applications between 11 May – 28 June 16.00 CET.
Round 3: Accepting applications between 31 August – 11 October 16.00 CET.
