Meltwater Entrepreneurial School of Technology (MEST) is accepting submissions for the MEST Africa Challenge for Young Aspiring Tech Entrepreneurs in Ghana, which will take place in 2022.

MEST Africa Challenge

MEST provides ambitious entrepreneurs throughout Africa with a 12-month graduate-level training program. Business, communications, and software development are all part of the entrepreneur training program. It consists of significant hands-on project work that culminates in a final presentation and the opportunity to acquire seed funding and expand enterprises.

With the support of an internationally known faculty, a successful world-class training program is conducted. It also provides opportunities for its entrepreneurs-in-training (EITs) to be mentored.

MEST Africa Challenge | Eligibility Criteria

  • People of African nationality or citizenship who satisfy all of the application conditions are eligible for this program. They must be able to go to Accra, Lagos, Dakar, Nairobi, and Johannesburg for physical interviews.
  • It is aimed at aspiring software entrepreneurs between the ages of 18 and 35 who aspire to develop digital companies in Africa that address global concerns.
  • To be eligible for the program, you don’t need any previous expertise in software development. You must have a real interest in business and technology, as well as the ability to devote 100% of your time to the program.
  • Rest assured that all essential skills will be given to you at an appropriate time prior to the commencement of the program.
