The Lagos State University School of Part-Time Studies welcomes applications from adequately qualified candidates for the Lagos State University Conversion of HND/Professional Cert Conversion 2021/2022. Degree Completion Program The Top-Up Degree Program for HND/Professional Certificate Holders fills the gap between 8 Sc and HND Certificate Holders. The main goal is to establish a fair playing field for individuals committed to overcoming prejudice between university degree and HND holders via a Bachelor’s degree program. This program also offers a platform for a university degree holder who has been disappointed with his or her class of degree to “top up” and improve.

In a similar vein, a holder of a university degree who wishes to pursue a career in another relevant field might do so via this program. Finally, the program is intended to foster self-actualization and dignity in professional fulfillment.

How to Apply for LASU Top-up Program Admission Form

To access the application form, go to and make an e-payment of a non-refundable charge of Fifteen Thousand Naira (N15,000.00). If you are qualified, you must complete the form, add your credentials, and submit it online. If you are qualified, you will be invited for screening. A thirty thousand Naira (N30,000.00) acceptance fee and twenty thousand Naira (N20,000.00) medical fee must be paid right away.


The closing date for the application form is six [6] weeks from the date of this publication.
