All Chrisland Schools, which were closed due to suspected wrongdoing by certain pupils in Dubai, will resume on Monday, April 25th, 2022, according to the Lagos State Ministry of Education.

The directive came after a review of the incident’s ongoing administrative inquiry. Furthermore, it will guarantee that students have access to learning when the new term starts on Monday, April 25th, 2022. The schools were closed by the state government for the protection of students and employees, as well as to allow for a thorough investigation of the occurrence.

In collaboration with the school’s Parent Teachers Association, the Ministry of Education and other state organizations will develop a program of psychological assistance for the pupils.

To discover safety gaps and avoid similar occurrences, the school’s protocol is being thoroughly examined, particularly on external trips and excursions.

In addition, over the next month, the Ministry will release revised guidelines/protocols regulating private and public schools throughout the state.
