Korean Government Scholarship Program for Undergraduate study in South Korea
In 2010, the Korean Government Scholarship Programs were merged and rebranded as the Global Korea Scholarship, and the name was changed to GKS (Global Korea Scholarship).
The Korean government is inviting 125 foreign students from 67 countries to study in Korea for a bachelor’s degree.
Any candidate must successfully complete the first screening procedure established by the Korean Embassy in his or her place of origin in order to be chosen as a GKS recipient.
Please contact the first round of selection organizations (embassy or institution) for further information on the application submission process, including the deadline, necessary papers, interview, and other details.
Each embassy or institution that performs the first round of selection may have a different date for submitting applications.
