Herconomy is a female-focused fintech firm that aims to provide women with financial resources.
It began as AGS Tribe, a community committed to young entrepreneurs and professionals networking and capacity development.
The AGS Tribe’s major goal is to establish a group of strong leaders (entrepreneurs or professionals) who will generate more job possibilities, lowering Africa’s unemployment rate.
The Platform is divided into four sections:
As a technique to eliminate youth unemployment and boost economic development, cultivating a community that allows for simple networking for young entrepreneurs and professionals.
Sharing chances from diverse industries that will benefit members of its community, as well as searching out new opportunities and a community that members would not have had access to otherwise.
Through the AGS Impact Fund and AGS Enterprise Challenge, AGS promotes women’s empowerment.
Both career professionals/employees and entrepreneurs may benefit from capacity development.
Female-led enterprises may enter the Challenge and present their firm to a panel of judges for a chance to earn grants and perhaps investments.
They will also benefit from ongoing mentoring as well as extensive exposure.

Prizes to be won include
- Winner: N1,500,000, Mentorship + Workspace.
- First Runner Up: N1,000,000 Mentorship + Workspace.
- Second runner up: N500,000, Mentorship + Workspace.
