Graduate Scholarship Program at Thammasat University: For the academic year 2022/23, Thammasat University in Thailand is accepting applications from qualified international students for the Graduate Scholarship Program.

Master’s and doctorate degrees are eligible for the scholarship.

The scholarships are for students who intend to participate in an appropriate engineering study program at Thammasat University’s Sirindhorn International Institute of Technology (SIIT). Those who are interested should take advantage of the chance.

Graduate Scholarship Program at Thammasat University | Eligibility Criteria

Interested applicants must satisfy the following conditions to be eligible for the Graduate Scholarship Program:

  • Must not be of Thai nationality.
  • A strong academic record (preferably ranked within the top 20 percent of the class).
  • Meet the entrance requirements for SIIT’s graduate programs.
  • Two excellent recommendation letters (at least one of which must originate from an academic instructor or adviser).
  • Have excellent health and a decent demeanor.
  • You must not have received any other form of scholarship.

Scholarship Benefits

  • SIIT tuition and educational support costs are paid in full (full thesis support).
  • A monthly stipend of 10,000 Baht is provided.
  • Expenses for round-trip economy travel.
  • Fees for visas, airport taxes, and other expenditures (actual expenses, but not over 10,000 Baht).
  • During the scholarship duration in Thailand, you will be covered for health and accident insurance.

How to Apply for the Graduate Scholarship Program at Thammasat University

Interested applicants for Thammasat University’s Graduate Scholarship Program must apply online before the application deadline. The following documents must be attached by applicants:

  • A statement of purpose
  • A Curriculum Vitae (CV) or resume
  • An official transcript or current transcript.
  • Bachelor’s degree transcript with at least 2.75 GPA (for master’s degree application).
  • Bachelor’s degree transcript and master’s degree transcript with GPA 3.50
  • Certificate of English proficiency test.
  • Citizen’s ID card or passport
  • Research paper, publication or certificates (if any)
  • Recent photograph (1 x 1.5 inches’ size as jpeg. Only)
