The area of finance is rapidly evolving. The effect of the COVID-19 epidemic has lately generated economic instability and misery in business and throughout the globe. Deep market knowledge, openness, and trustworthiness, according to FINCAD, play a crucial role in making financial markets safer for all participants.

Furthermore, FINCAD is well aware that males make up the majority of capital market practitioners, and that the tendency to incorporate more women in the profession is not progressing as quickly as it should be. FINCAD launched its annual Women in Finance Scholarship to address these issues. The purpose is to promote and assist excellent women in finance, especially those working in financial asset management, market risk management, and derivatives finance in the capital markets.
