University of Southern Danish Government Scholarship for International Students
The Danish Government, in partnership with the University of Southern Denmark, is offering international students a Danish Government Scholarship, which is funded by the Ministry of Higher Education and Science, for the academic year 2022-2023.
This very competitive grant is open to overseas students who aspire to pursue a master’s degree in engineering (Electronics & Mechatronics). The scholarship is divided into two parts: a complete tuition price remission and a stipend to assist with living expenses of DKK 3000 per month before taxes.

Danish Government Scholarship | Details
This scholarship is awarded to a select group of candidates in honor of the significant financial commitment that international students make to their studies. The Faculty of Engineering has the ability to provide scholarships to highly qualified students for various Snderborg programs. The scholarships are given to the best-qualified students based on their Bachelor’s degree grade point average.
You will not be considered for the scholarship if you are qualified for the Danish State Grant.
Danish Government Scholarship | Eligibility Criteria
Applicants must satisfy the following requirements to be considered for a University of Southern Danish Government Scholarship:
- must be an international student.
- A bachelor’s degree in the appropriate discipline is required for applicants.
- Applicants must be enrolled in one of the following Master’s programs beginning in September in Snderborg: MSc Mechatronics; MSc Electronics (Snderborg)
How to Apply for the Danish Government Scholarship
The scholarships will be offered to the candidates who are the most qualified. The scholarship will be automatically evaluated for all qualifying students who are given a study seat. There is no need for a separate application.
To be considered for the scholarship, all required paperwork must be submitted before the application deadline to ensure that your application may be processed.

- Course descriptions for the courses on your transcripts
