Borealis AI Summer Research Internships Requirement
If you have the following qualities, you are an excellent candidate:
- Ability to use cutting-edge machine learning methods;
- a strong desire to tackle difficult scientific challenges;
- Data, algorithms, and statistics are all things I’m passionate about.
- Working on a PhD or possessing an MSc in Computer Science, Engineering, or another mathematically related discipline (e.g., Physics, Math, Statistics, etc.);
- Previous papers presented at a prestigious AI conference;
- Python experience creating modular, resilient, and scalable applications;
- Knowledge of the Unix command line and bash scripting is required.
- Deep learning software such as Tensorflow, Keras, and PyTorch are required.
- Thorough knowledge of machine learning methods and/or statistical modeling is required.
